Spotify won't download on iphone

Help! Spotify mysteriously disappeared off my iphone 6 and refuses to download anew.  I've been a premium/family subscriber for years but three months ago it somehow decided to vanish and I have not been able to get it back.  Maddening.  Plus I've been paying for it this whole time.

Can you let us know what operating system you're using? Jus to double-check, can you see the app in the App Store and have the option to download it, but then it won't download? Or you can't find the app at all?

Hi there- I’m using OS 9.3.4. I can see the app in the App Store, and have the option to download, but then it will not download when I try to do so.
