My Question or Issue
My Spotify won’t play or even start playing downloaded songs. It puts it on, and gets stuck. I have a premium plan and unless I’m connected to the WiFi, it won’t play. Yet I have it downloaded. Please advise how to solve this???

If you successfully downloaded some songs and each has a "green arrow" symbol next to the title, her's a couple of things you can try:
Note: You need to re-download your music after reinstalling the app.
