Spread out songs

Spread out songs

All of my songs are super spread out on my mobile app. There are only 3 songs displayed at a time is there a way to fix this. It's terrible when trying to scroll through the playlist and find a song. I hope this isn't an update because it's horrible.

Hey @jjtierne, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. These steps are more thorough than the simple reinstall and can solve common issues.

If you're still having trouble, can you let me know the make and model of the device you're experiencing this on? Also, can you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing? I will take a closer look.

Let me know how everything goes!

I’m having the same problem but it’s not giving me the “delete cache” option.

Hey @Eboo,

Thanks for your post. Can you let me know what happens after following the steps I provided in my first reply? Any screenshots are very helpful. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

We have a family account, but my husband & kids playlists still look normal. But when I follow the directions for the clean redownload, I don’t have the storage/delete cache option

Hey @Eboo,

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I will raise this one up with the right folks to get that article updated. Can you go to your profile icon on the tap left hand corner of the Home page > Settings and Privacy > Data-saving and offline > Storage > Clear Cache.

Let me know if you have difficulties finding that. Otherwise, you are able to complete the reinstall following the steps I provided in my earlier replies.

Keep me posted!
