Starred playlist songs disappeared on iPhone 6

Hi,

I hopped in the car for a road trip last week and when I went to pull up my starred songs (which are all marked as available offlline), it only showed I had 18 songs. It was a bummer to say the least...

I didn't update anything on the phone or my desktop before I left. Desktop still has my entire starred playlist of 179 songs.

Got back today and it still says 18 songs. Won't sync through wifi and have logged in and out multiple times on both desktop and iPhone.

What do I do here??
