Streaming Question

Say I have London Bridge song synced extreme quality but selected to stream normal quality. When I'm playing music radio over cellular or wifi, will spotify playback it at the selected stream quality of normal or extreme as it was synced? Basically if London Bridge song comes up on the radio, does the phone recognize it has been synced and play it from the phone?
Also has the bug been fixed where when you stream over wifi it actually uses wifi and not celluar data? Thanks

If a track is in your cache, that will be used in preference to streaming from spotify. I haven't seen any issues with mobile data being used instead of wifi for quite some time.
