Streaming music fills cache and I have to keep deleting

I've noticed my Spotify cache keeps filling up and eating my memory, even when I don't download songs. For the last 3 months I've been streaming songs and now my app is continuing to use more and more memory. The only way to fix this is to delete the app and resinstall which means I have to re-download and sync all my music again.

Are you guys working on a way so we don't have to keep deleting the app? This is a problem for both Iphone and Ipad versions of the app. I'm getting really tired of having to keep deleting the app and resyncing all my music.
