Stuck on same song

My Question or Issue

Stuck on the same song; when I change to another song or playlist, etc.  spotify reverts back to the same song that is stuck.  Cannot get rid of this song.  Frustrating

Problem resolved; my account was hacked. I changed the password and that
resolved my problem. Lot's of cleanup to remove artists that I do not want
to follow. Thanks for your assistance
