Subscription to "family" plan but on iphone still "free"

My Question or Issue

I subscribed to the "Family" plan, but on my mobile phone, I can only use the "free" version of Spotify. What I've tried so far:

- on my iphone: de-install Spotify and re-start the iphone

- on the computer: re-start the computer and re-login to my account..

Hi @Dornroeschen, thanks for writing.

 

It looks like you might have a second Spotify account, and you must be logging in the "wrong one" on your mobile. 

 

Can you please double check if that's the case? First take a look at the credentials you're using on both devices to confirm they're the same ones.
