Suddenly I am not able to download offline tracks to my phone

 My Question or Issue

I am not able to download any offline tracks any more. I tried to reinstall Spotify on my phone and PC. I tried to do it with WLAN, LAN and USB. Nothing seems to work. The songs just stay gray on my phone. I dont know what to do.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? Sorri if this may sound a bit repetitive but if that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. I'd also recommend updating to iOS 12.1 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I have tried all of this. I also tried to clear my offline-devices. But now they not reapearing, even after I reinstall the app on PC/my Phone.

Solution: Deleted all my offline-devices and reinstalled Spotify on PC and phone
