Sync downloaded premium music from PC to iphone

Is it somehow possible to sync/load/transfer the downloaded premium music that I got on my PCs Spotify directly to my iphone 4s via USB/Bluetooth/localWLAN or something like it? I mean without the iphone downloading the same songs again from the internet directly from the Spotify server? The problem is that I am abroad and the iphone is terribly slow around here to download stuff.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

Unfortunately, that is not possible since each client stores its own unique (and encrypted) Spotify cache meaning any offline synching needs to be done online via the Spotify servers (unless it is local mp3's you own).
