Synced Tracks Won't Play

I have two synced playlists, but when I'm offline, which is often since I use Spotify on the go a lot, and some of the songs won't play. I'd have to wait to tell you all of the songs - my iPod is being repaired atm - but I know some of them - the entririty of Once More, With Feeling for example, and Death of a Clown, Dedicated Follower of Fashion, Victoria, You Really Got Me, and All Day and All of the Night. All by The Kinks, and all from the Singles Collection. 

Any help on this front would be much appreciated. Cheers, Ben.

I have this same problem ... approx 10% of most playlists, esp Muse and Foo Fighters tracks. Did you find any solution?
