Synchronize my music with a premium account

Good morning,

 

I have a premium account, but it appears as free on my ipad.I deleted the app and sing in again and my account still appears as free(I did it step many times). I can not synchronize my playlists. What I have to do to change my account type and synchronyze my music?

My friend's iPhone have this same problem. An iOS bug maybe?
