Syncing local files to my iPhone 5

Dear Spotify,

I've been trying to sync my local files to my phone. When I add them to a playlist, they even appear on my phone. But when I try to play them, It's doesn't do anything. It seems like it won't 'load' the song (even though I put the offline available button on) and after several tries it says I need to sync them offline before I can play them.

I've tried everything, from my firewall, to new wireless network. I'm getting really annoyed by it. 

Can you please me help me?

Hey there, welcome to the Community.

Just to check, are you following the syncing steps here? Is your iPhone showing up under Devices? If not, check:

-- Spotify is awake on your iPhone.

-- Both iPhone and computer with local files on are connected to the same WiFi network.

-- Local files are stored on your computer's hard drive (not in cloud storage or external hard drive).

-- UPnP is enabled on your router (if it already is, disable then re-enable it, then restart router).
