Tengo los archivos activados y no me salen en la biblioteca porque?

tengo todo lo de archivos del movil bien lo unico que cuando activo archivos locales en spotify en la biblioteca no aparece nada

Could you let us know on which device is this happening? Also, could you check if you've followed these specific steps to play your local files in the app?

If so and they still don't appear there, could you check if the same happens on a different device such as a PC with those files?
