Tesla adding Spotify to new OS (Rumor)

My Question or Issue

I'm seriously considering switching my premium music service to Spotify AFTER it's integrated into my Tesla.  But when I researched Spotify, they don't provide offline playback on Apple Watch.  I want a music service that works on all my devices, not just a smartphone.

More and more, this is going to be an issue.  If I'm dropping my existing service, it better work everwhere: my mountain bike ride with only my watch, on the drive in my Tesla, and at my desk through my smartphone.

What's the timeline on making this happen Spotify?  Customers like me want to know.
