Hi @UknownPerson Just to double check, could you confirm which Spotify app version you have installed on your iPhone?
Are you running any cache clearing apps?
Sorry to bring up this past 2-3 weeks issue.
But I get the same problem.
Reinstall seems fix the problem, but if I need to reinstall and then doing re-sync is not good at all.
I think I'll terminate my sub if this problem still not solve.
