Could you let us know your exact Spotify version and what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?

 

We see that we've offered a clean reinstall in our earlier replies, could you confirm for us if the app behaves in the same way after that?

 

Can you also ask a friend or a family member to log in on your phone with their account to see if that makes a difference in how the queue appears?

Nothing is working. I switched from an iPhone 6s to an iPhone 11 and it still freezes/force closes/glitches.
