Three family members on three different plans are seeing Spotify crash on opening the app

Three family members are seeing spotify crash when we open the app.

2 are using iphone 6+

1 is using iphone 5c

we all have ios 9.1 installed.

Have deleted and re-installed, soft resets, etc

Still no joy?

Hey @matheno999

This is really weird behaviour, I suggest you try a clean reinstall and see if this helps, This usually fixes most problems 🙂

Note: This will remove any saved offline tracks and cache 🙂 

If that doesnt fix the issue could you please send me the following information:

1. Device
2. Device OS
3. Spotify App version
