Tried everything - nothing helps

Tried everything - nothing helps

Suddenly my spotify on iphone stopped playing music. When going to listen to liked songs - and they are on shuffle because im free user - says “youve discovered premium feature” wth? Pressing on any other suggested playlist - doesnt even try playing music or loading anything. Before you ask ive tried everything, from resetting phone to deleting app, reinstall, cleaning catche, checking wifi etc, logging out - EVERYTHING and nothing does s**t. When i login on web everything is fine so what is the problem? Also software of phone is up to date and it also doesnt work on my ipad. I am **bleep** beyond words because im not paying s**t to spotify. Anyone had similar nonsense?

Thanks for reaching out. Not to worry, we'll be glad to help you get the app in working order once again.

 

Since you mentioned that this happens on more than one device, it may be something account or network related. Consider trying the following:

  • Try on different networks, both Wi-Fi and mobile data.
  • If you use any kind of VPN or proxy network, disable it as that can interfere with server communication
  • Check your account page and make sure all the settings such as the country are correct.
