Trouble Syncing Music to Offline

For the first few weeks of having premium, after turning my playlist to "Available Offline," I had no issue downloading them. Now, I can't get any songs to download to "Offline" properly. I have slected individul playlist to be "Available Offline," but no songs included in those list will load. 

Any suggestions? 

I am plugged into a power source and on working WiFi already.

Do you get any error messages? What device/operating system are you using and how much available storage space is it showing?
