Turn off Cover Blur

I started getting this problem around a month ago, and since I couldn't find anything about it, I decided to post it here: The Spotify App blues Cover Art deemed unsuitable. Is there any way to disable that? I happens on my Phone (iOS 13.1.2 on an iPhone X), my MacBook (macOS 14) and my Desktop (Windows 10 1903).

Does this happen with all the albums?

Or just this one?

Also, to be more specific you mean the album artwork itself not the background in the Now Playing Screen?

I'd also recommend updating to macOS Catalina 10.15

I do in fact mean the cover art itself, not the background, which always has been blurry. 

It's happening to some covers, not all. I did update to Catalina a few days ago, but the problem persists.

It seems it was uploaded by the artist and it's not an issue in Spotify's end (I checked it on a couple of other streaming services, same cover).

By the way, what does updating to Catalina had to do whis this? Or you just wanted to let me know it happens there as well?
