If you are a free user, there is no way to shut off shuffle in the mobile app.
If you use the tablet app or desktop app, you will be able to choose any song you want, but you will have to listen to ads.
If you are a premium user, you can shut off premium by:
1: Tap the now playing bar at the bottom of the screen
2: The now playing screen will appear, tap the shuffle icon to turn it off
