Unable to play a track

Unable to play a track

Premium subscription,  iPhone 8 Plus and playing via Cambridge CXN. 

 

I have been been using Spotify for years, but tonight I am struggling to change tracks. 

 

If if there is a play list and I touch to play a track. Nothing. It’s just not responding 

 

I have rebooted the phone.

That's doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Having trouble with the Web Player too.  Loads, but nothing happens when I go to play a song...

I figured it out, for me - was stuck on a different device for some reason.
