Unsaved song will not leave library

My Question or Issue

I deleted all my songs from the library so I could start fresh but there is one song despite not even being available for streaming will not exit my library. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not work and no topic I could find seemed to help me. How can I get rid of this? (Sorry if I posted in the wrong area)

Could you confirm that the song that is in Your Library is a local file which has been synced from a PC?

If so, then can you see what happens if you try to remove the original file from its folder to a new location? 

Also, on your desktop app, could you go to Settings > Local Files and make sure that all the options are unticked under 'Show songs from'?
