Unwanted pic on Spotify profile

Awhile back,I allowed a friend the access of my Spotify account. While using my, she has, in some form or fashion, posted a pic of her which I can not delete, nor do I know how. Please help! I dont want to delete the account just to create another to get rid of the pic.

Your friend probably linked her (or someone elses) Facebook profile to your Spotify account. To remove that link, just follow these steps.
