Updated to iOS 6.0 and Spotify stops working

I couldn't get the search function or the radio to work.  I have the premium subscription and have an extensive playlist on my account.  In the past I would just delete the app on my iPhone 4 and reinstall it and it would work just fine.  This time when I did that, it won't play any radio, and my playlist songs are gone.  By gone, I mean the categories are there, listed by names of artist, genre, etc., but each folder shows 0 files now.  

 

What happened?  I'm away from my home computer and cannot check my Spotify account to see if the playlists are there.  I suspect this is a problem with the app on my iPhone, but haven't verified that yet.

 

What do you advise?

Problem rectified:

 

Okay, it looks like there was a long delay for the files to update this time around.   It took nearly 90 minutes before they showed up.
