What am I paying $9.99 a month for?

This is really annoying... and it's getting to a point where I might just cancel my spotify subscription. I'm sure we all take for granted the ability to listen to almost any song from any artist we want... But, at what point does Spotify say, hey, maybe we should be more focused on fixing these bugs, instead of changing the look and feel of the app, or branching out to more devices (like my PS4 for example, and even THAT doesn't work correctly).
