Before you could choose Private Mode in the phone as well, but not anymore.

There's no option to set the current option as private? On android there is a toggle which sets a session as private until you have been inactive for 6 hours when it resets.

On iOS you can enable/disable Private session from:

Settings > Social > Private Session
