When adding a new playlist a blank pop up box appears instead of the artist/title

I've searched the community but can't find an answer....

Something has changed in my spotify app (Iphone 5s). When i go to add a new playlist a white pop box appears and asks me to name it. The box is blank and it's really difficult to remember the exact spelling of the artist and the title of the album so this is quite annoying! 

Previously when I added a new playlist it took me to the next screen (with black background) and it had the artist's name and album already written in.

This is only when I am making a playlist for an album.

Is anyone else having this problem and have they overcome it??
