Why Lyrics is not showing (only storyline for a few songs)

My Question or Issue

 

I have the latest Spotify app, everything is up to date, but there is never "lyrics" option for me to swipe up to. Only a few songs have the storyline to swipe up.

 

The lyrics has came back weeks now and I seem to not be able to have it.

Unfortunately no solution was given.

 

Spotify contacted me and the final answer is that Spotify can’t tell if I have access to this, and even if the feature is out, I might not be able to have it any time soon.

 
It does look like Spotify don’t care enough. Why launch a feature for only part of the people and can’t even tell if it is an error occurring on my account or if just randomly decided to not give me access to it, without a date for me to have it like anybody else?
 
If it is only a test version, then shouldn't have made that much publicity to it.
 
I'm unsubscribing and will only consider to come back once the problem is solved. It is very unfair for me to not have the same features, specially when paying.

I have only storyline and no lyrics too.  I am in Italy.  This is 9 months after the OP, so quite a long time....
