Why do my downloaded songs refuse to load when I'm not connected to the internet?

iOS 13.3.1

Every time I try to listen to songs where I don't have access to WiFi, my downloaded songs won't load. I just see the three loading dots on the screen and nothing happens. On the picture it shows my download as "off" but when I'm connected it's normal "on". I can't access my downloaded albums, podcasts or saved songs. As soon as I connect to the internet, everything is fine and working.

Hey there @Plzhalp

Thanks for reaching out to us about this - we'll be glad to help you out here.

We'd suggest you run a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your device as this step will remove the old drivers first and then install the new ones. This tends to solve issues with the app's performance. Give your device a quick restart as well before you open the newly installed app.

It's also a good idea to log in to your Spotify account on another device just to check if you observe the same. If it doesn't occur on a different device, we'd suggest making sure that your original device is up to speed with any software updates available.

Hope this helps. Keep us posted.
