Me and my brothers have a family premium account and I just created my Spotify account after my brother sent me a link with the code to join the premium account. I created my account and then entered in the code and verified that we are in fact living at the same address and then after clicking confirm it sends me straight back to the screen where I have to enter in the code again?? I just activated my free 7 day premium trial in the mean time but I need help in figuring out why it will not allow me to join.
