Won't download

I have cleared up space, it's 500 songs, wifi is working perfectly, why aren't my songs downloading?

Same here! I started downloading about 3000 songs on my new iPhone 6S (64gb device so there's no excuse for them not fitting on the otherwise empty phone) and it stopped halfway through. Even toggling the 'available offline' button doesn't work from time to time. Half of my library has been "Waiting to download" for a week.
