Won’t let me search for music

My Question or Issue

 Hello. Today I noticed that my spotify's search feature no longer works. I am a premium user and ordinarily can search and choose whichever songs I like, but now whenever I attempt to search a song, the words "Oops, something went wrong" isntantly appear on the screen whether I'm on data or wifi. Additionally, a "try again" bar appears below this which doesn't do anything when pressed, other than display a clicking animation. I attempted to clear the cache, uninstall the app, turn the device on and off, nothing worked. The search bar is completely unusable. However, oddly enough, I am able to listen to songs flawlessly by accessing my recently played songs. Still, the inability to search for music on my paid subscription is extremely irritating.

Ik heb hetzelfde probleem al lang. Nu ga ik maar stoppen met premium en een andere muziekdienst gebruiken. Want, wat ik ook probeer, dit probleem is niet op te lossen
