Your Music not loading

Your Music not loading

My music is not loading.  All I'm getting is the 3 dots on the screen continually running.  Any solutions to resolving this problem?  Only started happening a couple of days ago.  I've shut down the App, tried reloading it from the App Store, I've stopped and started the iPad.  Still nothing.  

 

Any help,would be appreciated.

Can you send us the following info: 

  1. iOS version.
  2. Screenshot of what you're getting. 
  3. Is this happening over WiFi or 3G/4G? 

In the meantime, try restarting your device by holding Home + Lock for 10 seconds. Does that help?
