all my music wont download to offline mode

i have an iphone 6s plus and it is updated to the latest software 9.3.3 and my spotify is updated also. i have good internet connection and i have more than 20gb of memory on my phone but still most of my music will not download like only 20% will download but the rest wont. what can i do to get all of my music to download to offline mode? also i only have like 600 music.

Hey there, that's not cool!

Sometimes what happens, is we forget to swith on the "download using cellular" option on our IOS Spotify app. But no worries! It's an easy fix!

How to fix:

1. Open Spotify app. Click on 'Your Library.'

2. Click on the small settings icon in the upper right corner.

3. Click on 'Streaming Quality.'

4. At the bottom, switch on the option to 'download using cellular.'

I hear you .I don't have that many music myself lol. But they been feeding me the same line but haven't fixed my problem. And before I contacted them I did check out my download settings just in case. But O NO there nothing wrong on their end so it's our ( the consumers) fault right off the back. So why should they fix it huh?
