My Question or Issue

 im having a issue where I can play some songs on my Desktop by a certin artist but not on my cellphone, Before I had this issue i was having an issue where i couldnt play songs on either becasue my account was linked with my Amazon Alexa. 

I dont know what else to try

Sorry to hear this.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next 😊

Ive hard reset my device atleast 5 times now and have uninstalled the App a bunch of times as well, on top of that ive cleared the cash in the app  

 

iOS 11.4.1

spotify version 8.4.65.1218

it doesnt work over LTE or with my WiFi or over another WiFi, they only seem to play over my desktop and not over my cell phone APP

ive done that over 5 times now

In this case, I would use this link: https://www.spotify.com/account/apps and revoke access to anything that you no longer use.

I did this earlier and it worked for my desktop and not my phone but now i removed everything and neither my desktop add or my phone app will play
