can't see my playlists, says I need to get premium to play in any order

Yesterday, I noticed that I couldn't see my playlists or play songs from albums in any order? Is this a new update? Because in order to play in any order, it says I need premium. It's very inconvenient and it only occurred recently. I've deleted the app, and cache, followed instructions you've given in some previous posts, logged out and back in a couple of times, restarted my device, and it still hasn't worked out. The only time I can see my playlists on my phone is when I'm playing songs on my laptop and its quite annoying as I can't lug my laptop around outside, just so I can listen to songs outside. I have an iPhone 14.

Hey,

Thanks for reaching out.

Please note that on-demand listening is available for free users only in select markets. To take advantage of this feature, you need a Premium subscription.

You can find more info on the differences between free and Premium here.

We hope this helps. Let us know if you have other questions.

Then why when trying to listen to music in my mobile device with Internet doesn’t let me listen to my playlist, because when I click play nothing happens, but when clicking play on my computer so it sounds on my phone it says “This is a Premium feature”, and it’s annoying

Hello,

Yeah, it’s a new update. Now restricts free users to shuffle-only on mobile, so you can’t play songs in order unless you have Premium.
