can't sync offline playlist

Hi There,

On my third device, I have a playlist that begins to sync for offline use, but then it spins and spins on the first track, than gives me the orange exclamation point next to the song, saying that it can't be synced.  This same device and playlist worked fine a few days ago, but I accidentally unclicked the "make playlist availabe offline" button, and now can't resync.  I took the following steps, but nothing worked:

- made sure WiFi was working (it was)

- tried resyncing at higher quality

- tried updated the app

- tried deleting and reinstalling the app

none of these worked.  any ideas?

Have you tried turning offline mode on then off?
