can't turn on the WLAN or cellular connection on spotify

It is the first time I install spotify in iphone, I can't turn on WLAN or cellular connection, everytime I turned it on, it became off again, so I can't log in. My device is iphone6s iOS11.4.1 and spotify is the latest version. I have already tried reinstalled spotify many times and restarted my iphone, please help solve this.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? Sorry if this may sound a bit repetitive but if that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app by following these steps 🙂

Could you attach any screenshots of the issue you're having? Do you get any error messagest? Could you please try it with another Spotify account?

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
