can't use my premium account

I can't seem to open spotify premium  on my iphone or on my ipod.  After I press the spotify icon, I get the three pulsing dots, then it goes back to the main screen.  I don't know where to go for help.  I pay for this and use it every day.  I've tried and tried to load, but it just won't work.  Can anyone help or steer me somewhere where someone can help.  I should just be able to call customer service, eh?

Have you tried a reinstall of the Spotify app?

What iOS are you using?

Anthony, I didn't try to reinstall app because I figured I would lose all my offline playlists.  That would be crumby to have to rework all that.  Don't really know how to find iOS  It's an ipod touch version 6.0.1 (10A523).  iphone app quit also same time frame.  Wierd, just tried my apps and they both work fine!  Strange.  Well, I guess I'm back in!  Thanks, Dave.
