cant play music

i have premium and have my songs in songs and not a playlist but the thing it goes into when you click on the plus and i have it downloaded so i can lisen to it offline but 50% of the time i cant lisen to it when im offline, i pay for premium so i would like it to work, can someone explai why this happends and what i need to do whan it happends again.

To start, can you let us know what device, operating system, and version of Spotify you're using?

Also, how many tracks would you say you have in Songs (roughly)? e.g. 100, 1000, 5000, or more?

I have premium on an iphone 5s I don't know if that really matters but maybe and i have about 200 songs i think
