cant sync my ipod nani and i paid for premium???

i paid for this site because i was told i could put songs from here to my ipod nano 7thgen......am i doing something wrong??? or is this not possible??? thank

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

There is currently a known issue with connecting new iPods to the Spotify client, since Spotify does not appear to work with the lightning connectors. 

Also, you should be aware that Spotify will only allow you to sync music you actually own to an iPod nano, and not content from the Spotify library, as your ipod nano can not support the Spotify application. You can read more about iPod integration here.
