My Question or Issue

I’ve seen this issue posted about before, and I’ve tried all the other solutions Spotify suggested...literally all of them. 
I am not able to download any of my podcasts, and when I try, a white exclamation point comes up. I’ve tried multiple podcasts and multiple episodes. I have more than 30 GB available, and even podcasts I had downloaded to playlists to listen to at work are now UN-downloaded.

Super upsetting, since I listen to them all day and had so many already downloaded. I’ve read all the message boards and tried the solutions you have offered and still, nothing. PLEASE HELP!

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

Can you tell us when this started happening  and if you've already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app, as described in this Spotify Answer? This will assure that any broken cache is deleted and you're running the latest version of the app.

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
