have to redownload playlists

I have to keep redownloading all my playlists for offline use, this happens across multiple platforms, apple macbook., iphone & Android Samsung Galaxy S7

I make sure everything is avaialble offline and download at home, but then once I'm on a play in airplane mode, or away from the wifi, Spotify automatically switches the 'toggle' to off and all the playlists are no longer available.

Spotify only allows you to offline sync to 3 devices at a time you may need to remove a device from Spotify offline devices to download to another.
