how do family premium members listen to music on two devices

how do family premium members listen to music on two devices

whenever i am using spotify to play music for my yoga students, my son often turns on his spotify and suddenly we are listening to his loud music instead of peaceful yoga sounds.  Why cant we both listen at the same time on two different devices to different downloaded music if we have the family premium membership?  HELP PLEASE !!!

It sounds like you are using the same account to login. The family subscription option allows multiple accounts to share the same billing information. This article should help explain.

Essentially you want your son to start his own free account and then you would add it to your family plan, the instructions on how to do that are under "Invite a Family Member"
