how do i change my username on Spotify so that my friends dont search me up by my email anymore?

my username is my front part of my email and i didnt like it so i changed my email to a username i would like and its still not changed!! i would like to change my username and i have even connected my facebook account and it still didnt do anything, i would like to add my username/ name also on my profile like other accounts do because its bee n stressing me out. thank you for your time.

Hi @Poisvn-Boy. I'm afraid that you cannot change your username for spotify. What I suggest you to do and since it seems that is a fresh new account what you have is to create another spotify account if an username you really like. Before that be sure to free your mail and fb to sync them to the new account.
