how to change the order in playlist

So I have a playlist in Spotify where is about 800 songs. Now when I upload some new songs, they go down and the newest song is the last one, so if I want to listen to that one, I have to scroll all the way down. How can I change the order in my playlist? It worked fine on computer but what about iPhone 4?

In the iPhone app if you tap on "edit" at the top right of a playlist you will now notice 3 lines to the right of each song. You can then drag and drop songs in the order you want to. 

It will take a long time to drag and scroll in a playlist with 800 songs, so the best way to rearrange would be to use the desktop app.

On the desktop you can sort by date added so the new ones you add will show at top, but the iPhone currently doesn't have that sorting feature.
