i think my spotify is broken

when i play something on an playlist it will play something conpletly diffrent. i dont know what is happening to my spotify but can some one tell me how to fix it.

If you don't have enough songs on your playlists, it will play suggested tracks or from a radio. Try to have at least 15 songs or how ever long you want to listen to, add more songs.
