iOS 9 App crashes constantly

I am running the latest version of Spotify on my iPhone 6 with the latest iOS 9 version (before 10 was released) Spotify freezes and crashes on every single launch. It will play the first song fine, then when I go back to choose antoher, it locks up, then crashes. My desktop app for mac works fine. This seems to be just on my account. I've tried deleteing the app and reinstalling it but that did not work. What else can I do?

Have you tried updating your phone to ios10 and trying spotify on there.

If you have a reason for not upgrading the ios then have to tried a hard reset of your phone,Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

This will not wipe anything off your phone but should clean up the cache and hopefully fix your spotify issue
